AI Technical Lead (Telco)

My client is a leading technology organisation on an exciting opportunity for an AI Technical Lead to define the technical strategy and architecture for AI-enabled Fixed Network solutions, leading the delivery of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and network automation to modernise OSS platforms.

AI Technical Lead - Essential Experience:

• Strong background as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect or Principal Engineer within Telecoms.
• Proven experience delivering GenAI, LLM, RAG, Agentic AI or AI orchestration solutions.
• Strong GCP & Python experience.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Containers, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Experience leading complex, multi-vendor technical programmes.

AI Technical Lead - Desireable Experience:

• Experience with Fixed Networks, OSS, and Network Automation.
• Experience with MLOps, vectore databases, or knowledge graphs.
